WXLV is the Ha! affiliated television station serving Memphis, TN, and the Mid-South. Broadcasting on channel 45, WXLV is owned and operated by Chamberlain Broadcasting. WXLV was launched in 2010 by Access Media Group as an affiliate of America One. However, in 2015, it was announced that WXLV will became the Memphis affiliate for the new Universe Network. However the Universe Network lasted for 3 days only, and DBC was launched. But WXLV went to a independent station. On February 6, 2016 Kenny Broadcasting announced that it will buy the Access Media Group for $95 Million. When Kenny Broadcasting purchased it both stations got a new newscast (WVEK, Access's Flagship Station, merged with WKBJ newscast, South Florida NewsNow, which Kenny Broadcasting already owned) WXLV's newscast will be called Mid-South Tonight which is a 9PM newscast. On April 26, 2017, WXLV was sold by Kenny to Berfield/Willis Broadcast Corporation. On November 5, 2017, WXLV dropped it's independent affiliation and became an owned and operated affiliate of Ha!. On December 23, 2019, the station was sold to Chamberlain Broadcasting, ending its status as an O&O.
