WNPC (channel 21) is a television station serving Jackson Purchase regions of Paducah (where the station's license and studios are located), Kentucky, Harrisburg, Illinois, and Cape Girardeau, Missouri, affiliated with ABC. WNPC is owned by PolyGram Broadcasting, which maintains a local marketing agreement (LMA) with JD Broadcasting Properties, owner of Fox affiliate WKYX (channel 35), for the provision of certain services.
