This station was formerly owned by Alltel Communications, but was donated to Flower as part of MyTV transitioning to becoming a cable-only network, and as a way to upstart The Pride Network. On September 6, Flower announced that the station would affiliate with Horizon Television, as part of an affiliation deal plus station sales. The station affiliated on Sunday, September 10.
