WKVC (channel 4) is a television station licensed to Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, serving Northeastern Pennsylvania as an affiliate of Horizon Television. It is owned by Flower Television.
This station was formerly owned by Lorimar Television, but was donated to Flower as part of MyTV transitioning to becoming a cable-only network. The station is currently simulcasting The Pride Network, but has announced more changes will be coming to this station.
On September 6, Flower announced that the station would affiliate with Horizon Television, as part of an affiliation deal plus station sales. The station affiliated on Sunday, September 10.
