WCTM is a Horizon-affiliated television station in Lima, Ohio. It is owned by Flower Television.

This station was formerly owned by Lorimar Television, but was donated to Flower as part of MyTV transitioning to becoming a cable-only network. Despite original plans to change the main affiliation to The Pride Network, this station became an independent due to it's newsroom and Flower not wanting to shut it down. The affiliation is on 22.2.

On September 6, Flower announced that the station would affiliate with Horizon Television, as part of an affiliation deal plus station sales. The station affiliated on Sunday, September 10.
