WATU (channel 13) is a television station located in Roscoe, Michigan, affiliated with Central Television Network. It is owned by the Sinclair Broadcast Group, which also provides certain services to Fox affiliate WROS (channel 11) under a local marketing agreement (LMA) with Cunningham Broadcasting. However, Sinclair effectively owns WROS as the majority of Cunningham's stock is owned by the family of deceased group founder Julian Smith.
