Skyline Television Network (owners of ABN Montana) released a statement on Tuesday as follows:
Cetain circumstances not through any fault of our own, the University of Montana or the Montana State University athletics department have come to fruit. Conflicts with other networks for broadcasting rights for 2017-2026 have caused a tremendous amount of pushback. We have been in contact with several organizations about this issue.
As such, we have been informed that Krueger Broadcasting and their CBS Regional Sports networks have purchased the rights to broadcast Montana Grizzlies and Montana State Bobcats college sports through their networks. This transfer of rights to broadcast will be in effect January 1, 2017 at 12:00 AM Mountain Standard TIme when Krueger Broadcasting and CBS Regional Sports management will take over the rights to broadcast.
ABN Montana and Skyline Television Network are pursuing other endeavors at this time.
