PolyGram Broadcasting, Inc. is an American publicly traded broadcast and digital media company headquartered in San Francisco, California and San Fierro, San Andreas, United States with operations in the Mushroom Kingdom, Robloxia, Philippines and the Boiling Isles.
It was established along with the television production and distribution division of the then newly-formed second incarnation of PolyGram following the acquisition of the rights to the brand name from NBC Universal and Vivendi by a group of investors on May 12, 2004.
