KLTP-TV (channel 4) is a television station licensed to Livetopia, Robloxia, serving the Livetopia area, as affiliates of ABC and the Central Television Network. Owned by the JD Broadcasting Properties, alongside with CW affiliate KCTL-TV (channel 21).

KLTP cleared almost all of ABC network programming and KLTP-DT2 also cleared all of Central network programming with exception of ABC World News Tonight that KLTP aired on tape-delayed at 6PM (KLTP aired 6PM Newscast on KLTP-DT2) also KLTP aired 6:30PM Newscast while KLTP-DT2 airing Central Newsnight.
KLTP also taped local cut-in from secondary set during Good Morning America on DT1 and during Waking Up with Central on DT2 while primary set used for "Wake Up Livetopia" 7-9AM extension on KCTL.
