AsiaStar TV was an American free-to-air channel majority-owned and operated by Yonkers, New York-based Impact Broadcasting, as part of Shadow Broadcasting's divestitures from Quickstar's acquisition of the company, under license to Star India Pvt. Ltd. The network was primarily aimed towards the Asian community in the United States by broadcasting a variety of shows in Asian languages, along with Asian sports. The channel was headquartered in Downtown San Jose, California. The network was founded in 2022. The network was known for widely using secondary audio programming to provide dubbed programming in a variety of Asian languages.
