Arutz Zapzapim (Zapzapim Channel, Hebrew: ערוץ זאפזאפים) is a Israeli preschool television channel that was launched in early 2004 after the merger of Channel 33 and IBA Arabic Channel replacing said channel based on the programming block and the 1998 television series of the same name, it airs preschool shows dubbed in Hebrew with Hebrew subtitles including Israeli originals from Hop!, Nick Jr., yes, HOT and Arutz HaYeladim, it also broadcasts shows from Luli TV, BabyTV and Babyfirst to teach the younger audience first concepts like Colors, Numbers, Shapes, Animals, Music instruments, Fruits, Vegetables, Vehicles and more and so does values like Friendship, Family, Giving and more.

It is the third Israeli preschool channel that airs in Israel after Hop! in 2000 and Yoyo in 2002 and the second channel to broadcast first concepts after BabyTV in 2003 and before Luli TV in September 2004.

It is also the first Israeli preschool channel to broadcast 24-hour with lullabies and bedtime shows at nighttime.

History[]

Arutz Zapzapim was launched in early 2004 with an episode of Teletubbies (1997).

The channel is mostly teams up with Hop! (and its sister channels) and Yoyo on events, co-productions, co-operations and more.
