- The Setup: iKnowAyrel meets with the accuser and listens to their story. He then devises a plan to test the loyalty of the accused, using their phone, social media, or other means of communication. He also sets up hidden cameras and microphones to capture the interactions.
- The Test: iKnowAyrel executes the plan and observes how the accused reacts to various temptations and challenges. He may also call or text them from a fake number, pretending to be someone else. He records everything that happens and analyzes the evidence.
- The Reveal: iKnowAyrel invites the accuser and the accused to a public place, such as a restaurant, a park, or a hotel. He then confronts them with the results of the test and shows them the footage.

He pitched his idea for a TV show to Horizon back in 2022. After reviewing his YouTube channel, Horizon agreed to produce the show and gave him creative control over the content. The show is filmed in various locations across the United States, depending on where the accusers and the accused live. The show uses hidden cameras and microphones to capture the interactions between iKnowAyrel and the participants, as well as between the participants themselves.
The show's editing is overseen by iKnowAyrel himself, along with his team of editors and producers.
