Access Media Group was a television group based in Miami, FL. It was created when a group of people purchased WVEK from Espy Communications in 2008. Two years later it purchased WXLV from Five TV Inc. It was announced that on February 6, 2016 Scottsbluff, NE based Kenny Broadcasting (Who purchased Five TV Inc. in 2014) would acquire Access Media Group for $95 Million. The merge was completed February 10.
