Quick Info[]
In the year 2002, euTV started to launch a sub-television program that came across many Asian countries. It was first launched on Shanghai, China as a celebration of the start of euTV Asia.
Evolution[]
When it was first launched, euTV Asia had a poor connection when streaming from Budapest, the home country of euTV. Due to their distance being really far away, euTV decided to cease streaming on China at the 31st of November in 2003, due to a fatal error on the program. Later on, euTV switched to Digital streaming, and then in HD. When HD started spreading on euTV channels, they decided to host a server in the hometown of euTV Asia, Singapore. With a very strong connection, euTV was able to be reachable in most parts of southern Asia, where euTV, yet again, started to make a server in China, which now spread to Russia, Japan, and some parts of the Middle East, (including Egypt). In 2009, EUTV Asia planned to rebrand themselves for more recognition. That's when 6TV was born.
6TV population[]
After the rebrand, it gained +78.9% more population due to the channel number being '6' as in 6TV.
Idents[]
6TV used to never have an ident, just simple text, displaying '6TV'. Later on in 2016, they started to use an ident.
Still to this day, 6TV is streaming across Asia.
