"21 Communications Co. Ltd." (formerly ABG Communications Inc.) is a Filipino media company founded by an Indonesian-Filipino businessman, Aditya Rizal Mendoza in the year 2004-2007. In 2007, when Mendoza got retired to media business and leaving to Australia for a new life, his Indonesian colleague, Ananda Aditya Suryotjondro was the substitute owner and later, the owner. In 2009, Suryotjondro gave the company to the Değirmenci brothers after getting financially struggled due to the company's shareholding reasons. The same year, it is finally owned by Nejat and Irfan Değirmenci who were became officially naturalized Filipino citizens around 2001 due to interfaith marriages with a Filipina. The Değirmenci brothers were also the cousins with the executive producer and director, Kaan Değirmenci and producer Kaan Tolga Değirmenci, who were also the shareholders of the company.
21 Communications Co. Ltd. is the owner of two different channels; Kanal Dizi and a defunct Oracle. The company is also responsible for producing multilingual news programs for the channel Kanal Dizi - the channel that the company operated.
