The 2024–25 network television schedule for the five major English-language commercial broadcast networks in the United States will cover the prime time hours from September 2024 to August 2025. The schedule is followed by a list per network of returning series, new series, and series canceled after the 2023–24 television season.
CBS was the first to announce its initial fall schedule on May 2, 2024 via press release (and without an upfront presentation). Central followed on May 4 (also without an upfront presentation). WMB TV announced its schedule on May 5 via press release (an upfront presentation was held that day at 6:30 PM EST). DuMont followed on May 6 via press release (and without an upfront presentation). This was followed by NBC, which also announced its initial schedule on May 10 (with its upfront presentation at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time on May 13), Fox on May 13 (with its upfront presentation at 4 p.m. that day), ABC and XYZ on May 14 (with ABC's upfront presentation at 4 p.m. that day; XYZ was without an upfront presentation) and The WB on May 15 (without an upfront presentation), UPN and The CW on May 16, RDN on May 23, and ABN on June 4. Horizon announced their schedule on June 25.
PBS is not included, as member television stations have local flexibility over most of their schedule and broadcast times for network shows may vary. Ion Television and MyNetworkTV are also not included since both networks' schedules feature syndicated reruns.
Each of the 30 highest-rated shows releasing in May 2025 is listed with its rank and rating as determined by Nielsen Media Research.

- All times are U.S. Eastern and Pacific Time (except for some live sports or events). Subtract one hour for Central, Mountain, Alaska, and Hawaii-Aleutian times.
- All sporting events air live in all time zones in U.S. Eastern time, with local and/or late night programming scheduled by affiliates after game completion.
- Fox's primetime programming is scheduled to be preempted on October 25–26 and 28–29 (and if needed on October 30, November 1 and 2) for the network's coverage of the 2024 World Series.
